The Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that promote Qietur's services, projects, and solutions across Nigeria. This role involves creating impactful campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and driving brand awareness to engage key stakeholders, investors, and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Plans
- Design and implement marketing strategies to support Qietur’s mission in sectors like real estate, financial inclusion, agriculture, and industrialisation.
- Collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Digital Marketing Management
- Manage social media accounts, create content, and drive engagement through various online platforms.
- Monitor and optimise performance metrics (click-through rates, engagement, lead generation).
- Brand Awareness and Communication
- Develop and distribute marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, and press releases).
- Organise campaigns to boost Qietur’s presence in local communities and partnerships.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Present findings to leadership for strategic planning and campaign adjustments.
- Event and Campaign Management
- Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of all campaigns to meet target objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the finance, real estate, or agricultural sectors.
- Strong digital marketing skills, with knowledge of SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
Customer Relations Officer
The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with Qietur's clients and partners. This role involves responding to customer needs, managing feedback, and promoting a customer-centric culture across all projects and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support and Issue Resolution
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, phone, in-person) promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of service satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Qietur’s clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and address any concerns.
- Customer Feedback and Reporting
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in Qietur’s solutions and services.
- Report findings and suggest actionable strategies for enhancing customer experience.
- Customer Education and Outreach
- Provide clients with detailed information about Qietur’s services, including real estate, financial inclusion, agriculture, and industrialization projects.
